• Select the Operations Tab. Select Payment/ Charge Service.
  
  
  

• The Charge Service screen is used to create charges for Products that are listed as Services.
  
  

• Enter the Registration of the Aircraft, this is a dynamic search that will display a list as you type.

• Select a Product from the Product Number dropdown list.

• Use Remarks to make comments or notes about this charge, it is not mandatory

• The Charge Time is automatically populated with today’s date and time, if you need to backdate the charge, either type the date or click the dropdown arrow and select the date from the calendar.

• Enter the Quantity of the Product, this is default set to 1.

• Price each (net) can either be set in the Admin/Products/Price Line and will show automatically or you can manually enter each time a service is charged.

• The Totals will automatically calculate, then select either Save or Save & Pay and follow the guide in the Take Payment section.
