How to record a daily fuel dip

1. Go to Operations > Fuel and click the button on the bottom of the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
   
   
2. On the relevant fuel location, enter the fuel volume in the “Opening: ” field.
   
   
3. Click on the button at the bottom of the screen.
   
   
4. At the end of the day, on the relevant fuel location, enter the fuel volume in the “Closing: ” field.
   
   
5. The colour of the screen will change to show the following:
   
   • Green: if the difference is 0.
     
   • Orange: if there is a difference in volume and the difference is inside the allowed tolerance.
     
   • Red: if there is a difference in volume and the difference is outside the allowed tolerance.
     
     
6. Click on the button at the bottom of the screen.
