How to record meter readings

1. Go to Operations > Fuel
   
   
2. Click on , at the bottom of the menu, on the left-hand side of the screen.
   
   
3. At the start of the day, on the relevant fuel location, enter the meter reading in the “Opening: ” field.
   
   
4. Click .
   
   
5. At the end of the day, on the relevant fuel location, enter the meter reading in the “Closing: ” field.
   
   
6. The colour of the screen will change to show the following:
   
   • Green: if the difference is 0.
     
   • Red: if there is an inconsistency between the 1st meter reading vs. the last meter reading and all the fuel transactions between those 2 meter readings.
     
     
7. Click at the bottom of the screen.
