How to charge a shop item to an account


  1. Go to Shop > Actions > Checkout.

  2. Select the required customer in the “Customer” field.

  3. Add a shop item to the basket. For more information on how to do this, go to: How to add a shop item to the basket.

  4. Once all th shop items that you require are in the basket, click on . This will send the shop items to the Uncharged Activity of that account.

  5. An alert message will popup with the message “Save this basket as uncharged activity?”. Click .
