How to configure the Public Web Arrivals Board


The Public Web Arrivals Board, easily displayed on a reception area screen or integrated into your website, provides user flexibility in configuring information display settings. Users can manage these settings by following these steps::

  1. Navigate to Admin > Common > Firm Settings.

  2. Click on “Edit” at the top-right of the screen.

  3. Click on the “Client Apps” tab.

  4. Scroll to the “Public Web Arrivals Board” section.

Within this configuration screen, users can adjust various settings, including:

  • The display duration for completed movements.
  • The lookahead time for upcoming movements.
  • The frequency of information refresh time.
  • The frequency of cycling through screen pages, especially when multiple pages are used for numerous movements.
  • The types of ATC movements to be shown.
  • The option to display times in either UTC or Local format.
