Aircraft Types

- Select the Admin Tab. Select Aircraft / Aircraft types
- This is the lists of current aircraft, used when creating accounts for aircraft.
- The Show dropdown will change how many aircraft are displayed on a page.
- Selecting either the Code, Name or Wing on the title row will sort the aircraft list.
- Selecting Code, Name or Wing twice will reverse the sort order.
- Search using the aircraft Code, partial or full Name or Wing type, this is a dynamic search that will filter the list as you type.
- The individual Aircraft Types screen can be opened by double clicking the Name or selecting the Open button.
- Select the Edit button to open the full details of the aircraft and make changes.
- Select Delete to remove the aircraft, this can only be done if no accounts have been linked to the aircraft type.
- To create a new Aircraft Type, select the +Add on the Admin/Aircraft/Aircraft types.
- Enter the details of the new aircraft.
- Enter a Code for the aircraft. This will be a unique identifier for each type.
- Name of the type of aircraft.
- Manufacturer of the aircraft.
- ICAO Code, the International Civil Aviation Organization, found in ICAO document.
- Wing Type Code, can be selected from the dropdown menu and is mandatory.
- Engine Count, can be selected from the dropdown menu and is mandatory.
- Actual Weight is mandatory.
- Weight Band will automatically be chosen when Actual Weight is selected.
- Fuel Type Code, can be selected from the dropdown menu.
- Select Save to complete the aircrafts details.
