  • Select the Admin Tab. Select Aircraft / Airports





  • This screen lists all details of the airports.


  • The Show dropdown will change how many airports are displayed on a page.


  • Selecting either the Code, Name or Country on the title row will sort the airport list.


  • Selecting Code, Name or Country twice will reverse the sort order.


  • Search using the airport Code, partial or full Name or Country this is a dynamic search that will filter the list as you type.


  • The individual Airport screen can be opened by double clicking the Name or selecting the Open button.



  • When in the Airports details there are 3 tabs. Address, Contact and Location.


  • The Address tab provides you with the full airport address.


  • The Contact tab provides contact details for both enquiries and the ATC


  • The Location tab provides a map.


  • Select Edit to open the full details of the airport and update.


  • Code and Name are the only mandatory fields and should reference ICAO or IATA.


  • Enter the Address as fully as possible.


  • To create a new Airport, select the +Add on the Admin/Aircraft/Airports screen.



  • Enter the full address of the airfield in the address lines.



  • Then enter the contact details for Enquiries and ATC.



  • To add the Location, search for the Airport or local area and move the ‘red flag’ on the map to be as precise as desired.


  • To complete the set-up of the Airport, select Save.
