Weight Bands

- Select the Admin Tab. Select Aircraft / Weight Bands
- This screen lists all the weight bands.
- The Show dropdown will change how many weight bands are displayed on a page.
- Selecting either the Name or Wing Type on the title row will sort the list.
- Selecting Name or Wing Type twice will reverse the sort order.
- Search using the Name, this is a dynamic search that will filter the list as you type.
- The individual Weight Band screen can be opened by double clicking the Name or selecting the Open button.
- Select Edit to open the details and make any changes to the weight band, then select Save.
- Select Delete to remove a weight band.
- To add a new weight band, select +Add in the Admin/Aircraft/Weight Band screen.
- Enter the Minimum Weight with no decimal places, this is a mandatory field.
- Enter Maximum Weight with no decimal places, this is a mandatory field.
Select Wing Type Code from dropdown menu.
Select Active to make sure the weight band is active.
- Select Save.
The Active Checkbox
- If you want to deactivate a weight band which will remove it from the drop down when you create a new aircraft but will keep the historic price line information linked to that weight band. Then follow the bellow steps
- Press the open button or double click the weight band you want to deactivate.
- Then Press edit to open the edit weight band screen.
- Uncheck the is Active checkbox which will deactivate the weight band then press save. A red X wil now show in the active column next to the weight band to show that it is no longer active
- To Reactivate a weight band follow the same steps but leave the is active box checked.
