• Select the Operations tab. Select Action/Handling.

• Handling gives a day view of additional items associated with a scheduled booking e.g. paddle boards or transport to the airfield.
  
  
• The date can be changed by clicking on the left or right arrows either side of the Date, to move 1 day at a time or click on the Date to open a calendar and select a date from there.
  
  
• Select Complete when handling item is completed to create an uncharged activity.
  
  
• Select Cancel if the activity was not completed or required.
