• Select the Operations Tab. Select Payment /Advance Payment.

• The Advance Payment screen is where packages of products can be processed i.e purchase of a 50 movements package.

• Enter the Registration of the Aircraft, this is a dynamic search that will display a list as you type.

• Select the Product Number from the dropdown list.

• Enter the Quantity of packages to be purchased.

• The valid to and valid from boxes are meant to provide validation on the date of retrospective movements to prevent future dated movements being entered. However it is not a mandatory field

• The Totals will automatically calculate, then select either Save or Save & Pay and follow the guide in the Take Payment section.
